Founder/Managing Director: Yuka Kawasaki

代表取締役：川崎 ゆか

She has over 10 years of experience in various functional roles from management, growth strategy development, partner alliance, HR, and FP&A in a vocational college in Japan.

学校法人にて、10年超、創業者で理事長（当時）直下で、経営企画・財務・総務・人事労務など、幅広い職務を担当
オーナー直下での経営経験を活かし、主に中小企業やベンチャー企業のコンサルティングを担うDecusを設立

Managing Director: Shin Okano

He is a founder/managing director of a tech-focused investment and business development company in Hong Kong and an SME-focused management consulting boutique in Singapore. Before joining Decus, he works for the Bank of Japan, Mitsui & Co. and McKinsey & Company.

創業からDecus社に参画。以前は、香港およびシンガポールにて、テック領域での事業開発・投資およびコンサルティングを行う会社を経営。
以前は、マッキンゼーにて全社改革・戦略立案の各種プロジェクトに従事したほか、日本銀行にて、金融政策立案および実体経済・金融経済調査にも従事
